Flexy |
Flexy graft is a synthetic bone void filler produced from 13-tricalcium phosphate ((-TCP) powder embedded in a polylactic acid matrix. PLA-based polymer has bioactive, biocompatible, bio- degradable properties.
The flexible composite takes the shape of the bone defect in the implant area and fills the cavity.
The flexy graft is absorbed into the bone and is replaced by autologous bone.
Act as a scaffold and support bone tissue regeneration.
13-TCP resorbed over time and be replaced with bone during the healing process.
The natural rough surface is preserved during the manufacturing process. In this way, the graft provides a suitable structure for the adhesion and migration of osteogenic and blood vessel forming cells.
